  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • 8 oz cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet.
