  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Swedish cheese (such as Västerbottensost) or Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
