- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups cooked rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef chunks until browned on all sides.
